Very nice and exchange for size medium was perfect’

Only wish I could have exchanged the other lighter color striped jacket. It was the one I chose for Jaxon, my Westie. The darker blue was going to gift for another dog. But, I was told that the light one was considered the BOGO jacket.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t the opportunity to exchange the jacket I liked the color so much on my dog. But, I donated it since it was too big for Jaxon and at least another lucky dog will get the great jacket. Jaxon looks ok in the darker blue, but to be honest the other color was just so adorable on him! I might check back and see if you got more inventory on the lighter blue that I prefer. Thank you for your help with handling the exchange. It was completed without any problems and I appreciated your keeping me informed of the status of the delivery of the exchange. The only issue was my not being given the option to exchange for the light blue that was a much better color choice for my Westie.
